(12/04/2013) From Biotifarm we encourage the use of biotechnology and innovation as attractive tools to stimulate business creation and advancement of the Knowledge-Based Economy for the Canaries. The course will take place on the 8-9 May 2013 (see link). The program was designed to make it attractive to attendees, with short presentations of 20-25 min. with time for questions and answers. In addition, we have included a panel discussion and networking session for the attendees to interact and present their offers and curricula to the different companies and organizations.

(26/11/2010) BIOTIFARM cluster has been officially lauched in the Canaries, with two individual events one held in Gran Canaria at the Scientific and Technological Park of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on the 24th november, and another one in Tenerife, at Salón Noble of Cabildo Insular of Tenerife on the 25th november. With these acts BIOTIFARM cluster has been presented in the region to the general public, interested companies and public agencies with an interest in the sectors represented in the cluster, i.e. Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry.
